OnePlus 9RT is real, but only arrives in Asia – Geekcomparison

OnePlus 9RT is about to be released. The Shenzhen company just confirmed this on the Chinese social network Weibo in a post promising: official announcement on October 13.

The model will only be released in China and India, exactly as happened with the OnePlus 9R. The brand has confirmed its desire to regionalize some ranges: the R range is therefore exclusive to Asia, while the Nord N range is aimed at the United States and Europe.

OnePlus’ Weibo post was followed by some additional images posted to his Twitter account by leaker Evan Blass.

In particular, these images teach us the presence of a 50 Megapixel sensor, as well as the warning slider, signed by OnePlus, on the right side of the phone. Previous rumors indicated that the OnePlus 9RT would come with an upgraded version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, a 4,500 mAh battery and a fast-charging 65W. There is also a 120 Hz display.

According to the rumors about this feature, OnePlus 9RT could be the first smartphone to come out with OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12, but it could be one of the latest models as the company has announced that it is moving to a “New Global Operating System, Unified and Modernized”

The Buds Z2 is coming

Pete Lau’s company also confirmed the upcoming launch of new wireless headphones, the OnePlus Buds Z2. They are presented together with the OnePlus 9RT.

A recent leak has allowed us to discover much of the technical data sheet for this product. It would have one in particular 40 mAh battery, combined with 520 mAh. It would guarantee 5 hours of listening with noise cancellation and 27 hours of total autonomy.
