In occasion of the presentation of Huawei Nova 9the company also unveiled two new connected watches, Huawei Watch GT 3 and Huawei Watch Fit Mini. Let’s discover it together!
Huawei Watch GT 3
As the name implies, the Huawei Watch GT 3 takes the place of the Watch GT 2 launched in September 2019, as well as the Watch GT 2 Pro earlier this year. We are therefore dealing with a watch with a classic design with buttons on the sides, in front a rotating crown, placed upwards and marked by the Huawei logo (46 mm version only).
Huawei Watch GT 3 is available in two sizes: 46mm, with bezel around the screen or 42mm without bezel. The screen uses OLED technology in both models, but the size varies from size to size. For the 42mm version, Huawei has integrated a 1.32-inch screen, while the 46mm model offers a round screen with a 1.43-inch diameter and a total weight of 42 grams. The 46mm model is also slightly thicker: 11mm versus 10.2mm for the 42mm version.
As for the operating system on board, the Chinese brand has exploited HarmonyOS as already done on Huawei Watch 3. The manufacturer also indicates new partnerships with developers to download third-party applications from the AppGallery. We can also mention the music control directly on the clock and the possibility to make calls thanks to integrated microphones and speaker.

In terms of health features, the Huawei Watch GT 3 benefits from one new version of the frequency sensor TruSeen heart device from Huawei upgrade to version 5.0. Specifically, the watch offers an even more accurate heart rate measurement with a margin of error of less than 7%. It also allows you to calculate blood saturation and use GPS for training.
In terms of geolocation, Huawei also notes that it has integrated a dual-band system using both GPS satellites, Galileo, Beidou, Glonass and QZSS for more accurate and faster tracking.
Where Huawei can far outshine the competition is on the front of theautonomy† The manufacturer is announcing up to 14 days of use for the 46mm version of the Watch GT 3 (8 days in intensive use) and 7 days for the 42mm version (4 days in intensive mode).
Price and exit
The Huawei Watch GT 3 is available for pre-order starting this Thursday and will be available on November 18† The 42 mm version is offered from 229 euros, while the 46 mm version is offered from 249 euros.
Huawei Watch Fit Mini

However, the Huawei Watch GT 3 was not the only watch presented by the manufacturer this Thursday. The company also had the chance to unveil a new version of its Huawei Watch Fit, the Watch Fit Mini. It is aimed at a female audience and is more compact than the small watch with the appearance of a bracelet that was presented last year. It offers a slightly revised design with an aluminum case and leather strap.
This small watch will be available from November 15 for 99 euros.
